These 1" x 1" Japanese style charcoal tablets burn cleanly and light fairly easily. Although they are easy to light as their name indicates, they are not quick lighting; they do require more patience than the quick lighting brands like Rolland to get started. Easy-Lite coals have a burn time of approximately 30-40 minutes which makes them perfect for the hookah or an incense burner.
